(1) Independent Commission Against Corruption Ordinance (Cap 204)
The Independent Commission Against Corruption Ordinance establishes the ICAC and prescribes the duties of the ICAC Commissioner. It also vests the ICAC with law enforcement powers such as investigation, arrest, detention and granting of bail.

(2) Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (Cap 201)
The Prevention of Bribery Ordinance criminalises bribery and corrupt transactions in both the public and private sectors. It also provides legal powers to the ICAC in investigating offences of the Ordinance.

(3) Elections (Corrupt and Illegal Conduct) Ordinance (Cap 554)
The Elections (Corrupt and Illegal Conduct) Ordinance applies to the elections specified in the Ordinance. The Ordinance regulates all corrupt and illegal conduct concerning an election.
